Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $20.00 for paintings and $10.00 for ink sketches flat rate shipping to Canada and United States.

Cockburnstudio© is not responsible for potential delays in delivery due to postal service problems or high volumes of orders.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States. Please contact Cockburnstudio© at www.src@eastlink.ca if you live in any other country and would like to purchase a painting or a sketch.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cockburnstudio© is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from Cockburnstudio© which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at www.src@eastlink.ca with your pertinent information, and Cockburnstudio© will look into this for you.

Cockburnstudio© accepts returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at www.src@eastlink.ca with your order information and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a customer satisfactory solution.
