1482 Grey Wolf 1-23. Painting wildlife gives me an opportunity to feel closer to the animal kingdom. I have always felt a connection to animals. My first recollection of loving an animal was when I was a very young child and our German Shepherd Tiny. I loved that dog. She was very protective, loved to cuddle, and played with us to no end. I always thought that animals are a lot smarter than what we give them credit for, and they have feelings. Of that I am sure. What does all of this have to do with the grey wolf? Only that that early experience intensified my feelings for the animal of our world.
